If you need to change or cancel your appointment please notify us at least 24-hours prior to avoid a 50% (of the service booked) late cancellation fee. If canceled within 3 hours of the appointment time or no-shows, you will be charged in full with 20% gratuity.

Text and email reminders are sent 48 hrs in advance!

The length of your treatment will be truncated accordingly, so please arrive on time. Arriving early to get situated and use the restroom is highly encouraged. We will try and give you as much time as possible, but the limitations of our schedule will require shortening the time of your appointment, particularly if you're over 15 minutes late to the start time of your scheduled treatment. We will not prorate the cost of your treatment for any time lost.
